He rebuilt my entire pitching mechanics and helped me understand how my body was moving. He can understand you very well and knows what problems you are having. If you do not understand a drill or what you are doing he will make sure you do. He is very easy to talk to about what you are feeling in your body while you are doing drills and mechanical work. He also will help you make tremendous leaps with velocity. He will always go the extra mile for whoever he is working with.
