I am a NCCA Accredited Certified Personal Trainer and passionate about helping ball players develop. I figured out a lot of things in my own game a little late in my career. I was a skinny kid who loved the weight room and saw my game grow as I did. I played at Spalding University in Louisville which is a NCAA D3 school. I am a 2x D3 All-American, 2010s D3 All-Decade Team, hold wins and strikeouts records at Spalding, and currently sit 17th in D3 history in strikeouts. I chased the same dream you are and heard no. I feel 100% confident in telling you if I had this type of training and insight earlier on, I would have heard my name called.
